With the warm season at its height, work quickly becomes exhausting. It's time for a break! Many gather at the sandy beaches to the east to host night time swims and exciting games for a change of pace. Creatures from all over are invited to show off their skills and special creations.
Tucked away against a seething ocean is a calm, quiet stretch of beach littered with life. Stretched out on the sand, overseeing all, is a scaled creature who seems to be hoarding a pile of .... sea shells? Really? On a beach?

With the new region there are new items to find, and for the duration of the Summer Festival, your Vesper will be able to turn over any Conch Shells they find to the ... Skipper? Sure. *mumbling*

Prompts
Each prompt can only be completed once per Vesper, and should loosely follow our Submission Guidelines. (60% Body, some color / shading, lightly detailed background). The deadline for all prompts is August 9th.
1) Sand castles are a requirement of all beach fun - make a sand castle yourself, or depict your Vesper creating one themself. Or, you know, destroying someone else's.
2) The beach is littered with all sorts of unique items - sand dollars, sea shells, drift wood. Depict your Vesper crafting something out of their finds or scouring the beach for new treasures.
3) Creatures of all sort, primarily Dourin, populate the beach at the height of the summer. Depict some of the stranger tourists spotted at Skipper's Sound. You need not depict your Vesper for this piece. However you are only allowed one entry of this prompt if you do not depict your vesper.
4) In addition to tourists and exciting treasures, Skipper's Sound is alive with new monsters and sandy inhabitants - crabs, gulls, dolphins ... Depict your Vesper meeting new wildlife for the first time.
5) There are all sorts of ways for Vespers to enjoy the water, both in and out of the sea. Depict your Vesper making the best of the heat, and maybe making a mess of themselves in the process.
6) Depict your Vesper playing any of the games from Skipper's Sports.

All along the beach are various booths, and each has a brand new game for Vespers to participate in! Each game may be played three times a week, and not more than once a day. ◆ One of the locals is hosting a good-natured fishing competition. Vespers are invited to join in, and every day at 8PM CST lines will be reeled in for Vespers to measure their catch. Players who catch the most fish and the largest fish will receive a prize! Click here to participate!
Gull Grab
◆ We've all played this one - players pick up a rubber bird, and depending on the number on the bottom, win a prize! So get grabbing!Ping Pong Bloop!
◆ Taking up a large majority of the beach are a couple dozen fish bowls - are the fish real? Who knows. Toss a ping pong ball, and if you manage to throw it into one of the bowls, you win a prize! There's a rumor that if you can hit that special golden koi in the middle you'll get a really special prize, but what do we know ... ? Click here to play!
